Bob Woods and Ray Pollick, former members of the Eastern Connecticut Board of Approved Football Officials, will be among the 11 enshrined in the Connecticut Football Officials Association Hall of Fame at 12:30 p.m. on March 18 at the Foxon Country House on Route 80 in East Haven.
